Cancellation Policy
$20 (per person) Deposit is required to be paid upon booking in order to secure your appointment slot.
**Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable**
Failure to pay deposit will result in
appt being removed off schedule.
**50% fee will be charged to card on file for no shows or cancellations less than 24hrs. If there is no card on file, fee will be added to total charge of next service**
Reschedules or cancellation with more than 24hrs will not be charged a fees
If you’re more than 15min late, your appt may be cancelled and deposit will be lost.
I schedule appts back to back with no gaps. Be mindful of time to avoid this issues.
